Work With Me

When you’re ready to stop chasing symptoms and start understanding what’s really driving them, here’s what working together looks like.

The goal isn’t simply to hurt less.

It’s to build the capacity to participate more fully in your life.

Your body isn't broken

It’s adapting.

Pain, stiffness, fatigue, and movement limitations are often the result of protective strategies your body has developed over time.

Rather than chasing symptoms, we’ll work together to understand what’s driving those patterns, build better options, and help your body regain the capacity to support the life you want to live.

How Change Happens

Healing isn’t about forcing your body to change. It’s about giving it the information, support, and capacity to do something different.

Step #1

Get clear

We figure out what’s actually driving your pain and how your body is organizing movement.

step #2

Calm sensitivity

We help your system settle so it doesn’t feel like it has to guard or protect as much.

step #3

Restore movement

We improve how your body moves and coordinates so it doesn’t keep falling back into the same patterns.

step #4

Build confidence

You develop the capacity and trust to move without second-guessing every step.

Your Journey

Every person starts in a different place, but the goal is the same: to build a body that supports the life you want to live. Here’s what that journey can look like.

Your First Session

This is where we begin.

We’ll take the time to understand your story, assess how your body is adapting, and identify what’s driving your symptoms—not just where they hurt.

Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that helps you move toward lasting change.

build momentum

Follow-Up Care

Real change takes repetition.

As your body begins responding to new inputs, follow-up sessions reinforce those changes, build confidence, and help new movement patterns become your new normal.

We’ll adjust your plan as you progress so each visit builds on the last.

Recovery doesn’t end when the appointment does.

Classes, workshops, and on-demand resources are designed to help you continue building strength, resilience, and confidence between sessions and long after your symptoms improve.

what to expect

Every session is personalized, but here’s what you can generally expect when we work together.

Comfortable Clothing

Wear clothing you can move comfortably in.

Athletic wear or casual clothing works best. Belts, bulky denim, and restrictive clothing can make assessment and movement more difficult.

Assessment Comes First

Every session begins by listening. We’ll discuss your goals, assess movement, and determine what your body needs before deciding where to begin.

No cookie-cutter treatments.
No guessing.

Hands-On Care + Movement

Sessions often blend hands-on treatment with movement, breathing, and simple reassessments so we can see how your body responds in real time.

A Plan You Can Understand

You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s contributing to your symptoms, along with practical next steps to help reinforce your progress between visits.

Before your first visit

It’s completely normal to have questions before your first visit. Here are answers to a few of the ones I hear most often.

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily is best. Athletic wear, leggings, joggers, or casual clothing work well. Because sessions often include movement assessments and hands-on care, restrictive clothing like bulky jeans or belts can make things more difficult. My goal is for you to feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.

Not in the traditional sense.

While hands-on treatment is often part of your care, every session is guided by assessment rather than routine. Depending on what your body needs that day, your visit may include manual therapy, movement, breathing strategies, or other approaches designed to help your body move and function more efficiently.

The goal isn’t to force change—it’s to create the conditions for it.

Most techniques are gentle and adapted to what your body can tolerate that day. Rather than working against your nervous system, we’ll work with it. Throughout your session, we’ll continually reassess how your body is responding so we can make meaningful progress without unnecessary discomfort.

Every person is different, and every body adapts at its own pace.

Some people notice meaningful improvements within just a few visits, while more complex situations may take longer. After your first session, we’ll discuss what makes the most sense for your goals, your schedule, and how your body is responding.

I do not bill insurance directly.

However, many clients use HSA or FSA funds to pay for their care. If you need documentation for reimbursement or your personal records, I’m happy to provide it.

You’re not alone.

Many of the people I work with have already seen multiple providers, completed physical therapy, tried injections, massage, chiropractic care, or simply been told that everything looks “normal.”

Rather than asking only where it hurts, we’ll work to understand why your body has adapted the way it has and build a plan that helps you move forward with greater confidence.

That’s perfectly okay.

The first session is designed to help us both decide whether this approach is the right fit for your goals. If I don’t believe I’m the best person to help you, I’ll tell you honestly and do my best to point you toward someone who can.

I work with people experiencing persistent muscle and joint pain, headaches, neck and back pain, movement limitations, balance concerns, and recurring issues that haven’t fully responded to traditional approaches. Many clients come to me after they’ve been told their imaging is “normal” but they still don’t feel like themselves.
